Our new four story home has three fully furnished one bedroom suites, located on Playa Zicatela in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. We are a two-minute walk to the beach, and a ten minute walk to shopping and restaurants.

Rates

All rates are in US dollars and include utilities and maid service one day a week. A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due at the start of the rental.

Cancellation policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the start of the rental for a full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on cancellations made within 90 days of the start of the rental.

Check-in

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Other conditions

Our house is non-smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside or on the roof-top deck. No pets are allowed at any time.

Neither the owner nor its representatives will be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
