Four person maximum occupancy. Rates are based on two person occupancy, there is a $20.00 per night charge per extra person.

The 3rd floor suite has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The closet area with drawers and shelves provides ample space for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refridgerator, freezer, stove and oven, kitchen utensils and dishes.

The west-facing patio is open and the south-facing patio is covered. From every room there are views of the beach and ocean and it is always fresh with the ocean breezes. There are fans in the bedroom and living room.

The 4th floor palapa, which can serve as a second bedroom or living space, is open to the ocean breeze and has a 360 degree view of the beach and the seaside town of Puerto Escondido. The house has hot and cold pressurized water. High-speed wireless Internet is available.
